Anjuman Ahbab-e-Islam
Anjuman Ahbab-e-Islam (AAI) is an established non-profit,
non partition, non-governmental organization founded in 2000 and
based in Khanewal, Punjab Pakistan. It is duly registered under the
Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies, Registration & Control Ordinance 1961,
and the Punjab Charity Act 2018.
Recognized
as a leading organization for its relentless efforts and social
activism, AAI has spent over two decades implementing a participatory
approach to uplift communities. AAI's projects have empowered thousands of men,
women, and children, fostering awareness, education, empowerment, and
employment to drive sustainable social and economic
development in the region.

facilitates for vulnerable & target communities and working for youth and
women empowerment and working for violence free peaceful model society through
providing them livelihood opportunities, education, vocational training, skill
training and involving them in society development initiatives through
awareness raising, advocacy and engagement of local peoples in community works
for sustainable community development.

Maximizing human, financial and community resources
through participatory approaches and long –term interventions for sustainable
development to benefit neglected and oppressed communities of district
Khanewal.
OBJECTIVES
• To provide and
spread primary, secondary & higher education by establishing and/or
collaborating with schools, colleges, institutions, libraries, research
institutions in the education field.
• To address the
educational needs of the adults and children and to provide academic education,
training and job oriented vocational training to specific age groups.
• To conduct
study on various social/Governance issues from time to time, gather data, carry
out research and research-based advocacy especially on Governance issues.
• Empower
marginalized communities with a special emphasis on women, children, youth,
person with disabilities and minorities.
• To sensitize
common people about their condition of deprivation of human rights and to raise
the voice against exploitation and injustice against any individual, class and
community in the society.
• To generate
General awareness about Health issues and Environmental protection.
• To collaborate
with governmental institutions, other NGO's and Institutions working towards
similar goals and objectives.
Strategy to Achieve Objectives
The main strategic thrust of AAI is to contribute its role in
shaping up violence free peaceful society, where people can enjoy and practices
their rights. AAI strategy is to motivate and involve stakeholders including
experts, volunteers, media, students, and line departments regarding attaining
project objects and ultimately toward organizational goals. AAI has been using
advocacy, Educate the people ,public awareness, research, participatory
learning, and public interest legal actions as its tools. AAI has also been
involved in campaigning, alliance building, social mobilization, capacity
building, and networking with line departments, peace building, environment
protection, health and education.
